2023 Vendor Agreement

The Association of Sewing & Design Professionals, Inc. (ASDP) will host its 28th Annual Educational Conference in Denver, Colorado on October 19-22, 2023 at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center. Each year the ASDP Conference features a week of high-caliber instruction in sewing techniques, fitting, creative design, business practices, and other aspects of professional sewing and design.  This year is no exception as we will continue the tradition of providing an excellent conference for our members. This year we are expecting the Conference to attract approximately 100 members and non-members. For more information about our organization, please check out our Website.

We would like to take this opportunity to extend an invitation to you to participate in our Vendor Marketplace. The Marketplace will be in the Mesa Verde Room of the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center. The Marketplace is open to the public, so please share with your customers, so they know you will be there! The timeline of the Marketplace is described in the table below.

In addition to products and materials displayed at your Marketplace table, Vendors are encouraged to provide a marketing or promotional item to be placed in 'Swag Bags' given to conference attendees at registration. (125 literature pieces/marketing samples/etc)

ASDP has arranged for a discounted guest room rate of $159 for single/double occupancy at the Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center. Rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional information, including how to access Conference and hotel discounts, marketing & promotional opportunities, and more, will be provided to Vendors after agreement acceptance.
