The Association of Sewing & Design Professionals (ASDP) is excited to announce our 31st Annual Educational Conference in Kansas City, MO on October 15-18, 2026, at The Fontaine Hotel 901 W. 48th Place Kansas City, MO 64112. Our conference will feature a fantastic lineup of expert instructors teaching sewing techniques, fitting, creative design, and business practices.
We will be celebrating the 35th Anniversary of ASDP. We expect approximately 100 passionate and skilled members and non-members to attend our conference, making it an excellent opportunity for companies to showcase their products and services to a highly engaged audience.
We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to participate in our Vendor & Exhibit Day, Thursday, October 15th. The event is open to the public, so please share it with your customers so they know you will be there! The timeline of the day is described in the table below.

In addition to products and materials displayed at your table, vendors are encouraged to provide a marketing or promotional item to be placed in 'Swag Bags' given to conference attendees at registration. (125 literature pieces/marketing samples/etc.)

ASDP has arranged for a discounted guest room rate of $184; rooms will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. After the agreement is accepted, vendors will receive additional information, including information on how to access conference and hotel discounts, marketing and promotional opportunities, and more.
